Test OSM-based test application download

these terms to download and use the source code.

- Requirements: you need Python 2.3,
PIL
and Pmw
installed to run the application. PIL is Python
Image Library, make sure you pick the version for
Python 2.3. Pmw is a pure Python extension to
Tkinter offering advanced UI elements.

- Installation instructions: unpack zip file with
subfolders into one of the folders covered by
Python path. It could be, for example,
Python2.3/Osm. Then run gameui.py file.
